Thru was a pilot for a community training platform aiming to help recent high school graduates, especially those not pursuing college, launch careers in the skilled trades. As co-founder, I led brand development, digital strategy, and curriculum design to reshape how Gen Z engages with blue-collar pathways.

We built the brand from scratch, deployed classroom sessions in Cleveland public schools, launched a campaign on Instagram and TikTok, and forged partnerships with employers, trade organizations, and educators to create school-to-career pipelines.
